It took a bit longer than I was hoping, maybe just slightly, but they were polite and easy to deal with. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience...

I picked this up because my stomach had been feeling heavy after meals, and I was getting tired of ending the day feeling bloated and uncomfortable. After taking it for a few weeks, I did notice my belly felt more settled, especially at night, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to keep dealing with that sluggish, stuffed feeling.
Ordering from Alaya Naturals was simple and it showed up without any issues. It’s not some dramatic miracle or anything, but it worked better than I expected, and now I’d rather not risk going back to how my stomach felt before. I’ll probably keep it in my routine.

So far I’ve liked it. It feels simple and not too heavy, and I didn’t have any weird reaction to it, which is usually what I worry about with this kind of thing.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the shipping was a bit slower than I thought it would be, though maybe that was just timing. Overall, I’d probably order it again.

I really like the way this smells — it’s pleasant without being that super strong, headache-y kind of scent. I kept noticing it at first and thinking, oh yeah, that’s nice, but then later it was kind of just gone. So, overall good, just fades a little faster than I’d like.

I’ve been using Alaya Naturals for a few weeks now, and I’m relieved because my skin finally feels softer and not nearly as dry. I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, so it was a nice surprise to actually notice my skin feeling more comfortable day to day.
My hair has been better too, especially after washing. It feels smoother and way less frizzy than usual, which is such a relief because I’ve tried plenty of things that didn’t really do much. Nothing over the top, just genuinely happy with it and I’ll probably buy it again...

The box showed up all crushed and rough-looking, so I was a little worried at first. Luckily the jars didn’t leak or break, but still...

I ordered from Alaya Naturals and the delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was, and it ended up showing up later than expected. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the waiting around with no clear updates was annoying. What makes it worse is that it feels like there are all these little policy loopholes where they can just point to “estimated delivery” and not really take responsibility. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

Umm, the texture is actually nice. It's a little on the thick side, but it's still okay and feels fine overall.
